Real estate remained busy this summer. August was the high for the year and loan volume, up over 25% from the prior-year with lending dollars. Volume also increased by over 10%, though June produced a few more sales than August.
The average sale price in Teton County Wyoming for single family homes was over 2.7 million with a median sales price of nearly 1.8 million. Teton County Idaho had an average sale price of $516,166 with a median sales price of $460,000. It was a busy month for building site sales in Teton Valley with 23 lot sales and 25 pending sale.
