Mark is the responsible broker and moved to Teton Valley in 1976 from Florida. His educational background is in psychology. He wanted to find a mountainous, rural setting where he could raise a family and pursue his own business career.

Mark has worked as a real estate broker and developer in this valley for 29 years. He developed dozens of high quality residential acreages in Teton Valley Idaho and Wyoming. Currently, he is involved in commercial development. Mark also designs and builds Town and Country Cedar Homes, provides Construction Management services for quality custom homes, of which the Teton Valley Realty office is a model.

Mark enjoys rigorous daily exercise, recreates and works with his wife and four children, loves all seasons, rides snowmachines, dirt and road bikes and cuts and stacks his own alfalfa hay for his horses and is busy with the construction of a new home. Mark is married and his wife Julie is the Associate Broker for the office.

Julie is not only an Associate Broker, but the Office Manager as well. She is married to the Broker of Teton Valley Realty, Mark. Julie came to Teton Valley in 1985. She keeps busy with their four children, lots of pets, the office management, clients and the construction and design of their new home on the west side of Teton Valley.

Bill has lived in the Teton region for nearly  20 years and loves introducing people to this part of the county.  After graduating from Montana St. Univ. -Bozeman, Bill returned to the sunny side of the Tetons to pursue the quality of life we enjoy in Teton Valley, ID.   His knowledge of the area is excellent and he is committed to servicing his clients needs with professionalism and a friendly manner.  Whether you are looking for a beautiful  building site, sporting acreage, family home, or resort property,  Bill has extensive experience in all facets of the real estate business. 

When not working, Bill can be found on the slopes, trails, and rivers around the valley, and also enjoys spending time at home with his wife, 2 children, and assortment of pets.   Bill is licensed in Idaho and Wyoming and has been a full time agent at Teton Valley Realty for over 8 years.

I am currently the manager at Teton Valley Realty Management. I offer a wide variety of Property Management Services, from Lodging to Housing. I have the ability to connect Tenants to sales, and Home Owners to buyers. I have found our Property Management division to be a useful tool for marketing, exposure, and Owner/Tenant, Buyer/Seller representation. I currently reside in Driggs, and do my best to take full advantage of this beautiful landscape. I enjoy Mountain Biking, Dirt Biking, Hiking, Snow Shoeing, Snow Mobiling, and I'm always up for anything new. I have an extensive background with the mechanics of homes. I have found that knowing a little piece of each industry related to homes, gives me an edge while working both in Real Estate, and Property Management.

Dan, a real estate broker  and construction project manager in Arizona has been a Teton Valley property owner since 2005, and has called Teton Valley home since 2010. His clients benefit from his twenty-nine years of experience in residential custom construction and real estate, property management, commercial retail, healthcare and institutional projects. “ I enjoy the people and the lifestyle that the valley offers” says Dan, who enjoys skiing, back country hiking and camping, hunting, fly fishing and his latest endeavor, flying. Dan, a volunteer member of the Teton County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue team is eager to share that since moving to the Valley fulltime, he has enjoyed a better quality of life.  Dan works hard for his clients and with the goal of putting their interests first, he continues to strive to exceed their expectations.
