River Rim Ranch
River Rim Ranch "Reserved, Understated, Authentic"
The initial offerings within River Rim Ranch continue the legacy and heritage that will be Teton Valley's Grand Tradition. The Greg Norman Signature Course, the Teton Rim Golf Club and the Sporting Club at River Rim Ranch offers the outdoor enthusiast a recreational lifestyle all within the shadows of the Grand Tetons. The amenities of the Teton Rim Club include an 18 hole Greg Norman Signature Golf Course as well as all the assets of the Sporting Club. Course construction is ongoing and opening is planned for the summer of 2010. The club complex will include all the amenities associated with a world class facility. Currently plans include pro shops, restaurants, a swim and fitness complex, executive meeting/private dining space and multiple locker rooms. The club will work under a unique format of varying dues based on either a full golf membership or a sporting club membership. Club initiation fees are included with each homesite purchase.
