• Meet Kristine

Kristine is happy to join the sales team at Teton Valley Realty.

She has resided in Teton Valley, Idaho since 1995, when she and her husband Norman Bailey moved here from London, England.

Kristine has been an internationally well known dramatic operatic soprano for over 33 years, singing at the worlds great opera houses such as La Scala, Paris, London, San Francisco. She first fell in love with the Teton region in 1978 when she was first engaged to sing at the Grand Teton Music Festival in Jackson Hole. In 1995, after singing many times at the Festival and vacationing in the Tetons (climbing the "Grand" twice), she finally realized her dream to move here.

Since becoming a Teton Valley resident, Kristine has been 'down-sizing' her international singing career, and has enjoyed participating in several local non-profit organizations, including doing an annual concert for Teton Valley Hospital and Hospice. She has been an adjunct faculty member of BYU-Idaho teaching voice, opera, and master-classes for 8 years.

Kris discovered her passion for aviation here in the Tetons. She is the chief Glider Pilot at Teton Aviation where she flies scenic flights over the mountains and valley as well as providing flight instruction. She owns her own vintage post- WW2 single engine airplane, and has a commercial power rating. She also participates in Civil Air Patrol.

Kristine cares deeply about her chosen Teton home, and is excited to be able to help others to invest a part of their lives here in Teton Valley, Idaho.
