David Slivinski entered the real estate world in 2003 as an Appraiser in Connecticut. After experiencing just a taste of what the real estate field had to offer, he realized he needed to branch out further. David quickly began strengthening his knowledge base by joining a large New York based Real Estate Management Firm as an Assistant Property Manager. It was in the summer of 2006 that David's life perspective changed and brought him to Teton Valley. The promise of deep powder, beautiful mountains, world class fishing and most importantly, the overall Quality of Life here in the Valley effortlessly lured David away from his fast paced life in New Haven, Connecticut.

Prior to establishing his career as a realtor and property manager, David was an accomplished working musician and booking agent. He was a part of and represented several established musical acts touring throughout the Northeast. Making the transition from the music business into the real estate world may seem like a bit of a challenging stretch. But not for David, he has proven it to be more like a natural progression. Now he can talk about his favorite things ... home purchases, land deals, property management and vintage guitars all at the same time!
