Teton Valley Realty markets all listings in several print medias, including Teton Valley News, Homes and Land Magazine, Teton Valley Top to Bottom, and even an in house brochure of listings that is updated several times per year. Teton Valley Realty understands that Buyers are finding more and more of their dream homes and investments through the use of the internet. We also advertise on the internet, and with Realtor.com. Teton Valley Realty is a member of both the Teton Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service and the Snake River Regional Multiple Listing Service.

When you choose to list with Teton Valley Realty's salespeople; we will provide a detailed and comprehensive market evaluation, to include a multiple agent visit that results in a collected and verified opinion of market value. Next, your Realtor will prepare a listing agreement, referred to as the Exclusive Seller Representation Agreement*, wherein the terms of your listing will be outlined. As for fees involved, Teton Valley Realty charges a commission on sales only. If we do not sell your property we don't collect a fee. Other fees might include the purchase of a title insurance policy and the closing agent's fees. Your Realtor can provide estimates for all costs involved, as they are all based upon your actual sales price.
